What we Loved
The Balinese-inspired design sets 4 Elements apart from other accommodations on Isla Contadora. The property is under new management, with a friendly and attentive team. Ocean views can be enjoyed from the villas, pool area, and most shared spaces throughout the resort.Things to Know
There is no restaurant on site, but meals can be ordered and served in different areas of the property. Villa kitchens are well stocked, although grocery options on Isla Contadora are limited and prices are higher than on the mainland. Gusto was a great restaurant on the island for Italian food, though prices were noticeably higher than in Panama City.
As of June 2026, there is ongoing construction on the neighbouring property, which resulted in daytime noise between about 8am and 4pm.
We travelled to Isla Contadora on the Sea Las Perlas ferry from Panama City. It takes approximately 90 minutes and tickets were around $110 USD per person round trip at the time of our visit.Photo & Video Copyright © Lost & Found Film Co. All rights reserved.
