What We Loved

We enjoyed the views from the 58th floor overlooking Avenida Balboa and the Pacific Ocean. The unit has been beautifully renovated and felt bright, modern, and comfortable throughout our stay. We also appreciated the building's unique common areas, with artwork and design elements throughout the lobbies and shared spaces. Having restaurants both inside the building and directly across the street was another convenient feature.

Things to Know

The YOO & Arts is located on Avenida Balboa, one of the busiest areas of Panama City. Traffic can be heavy during peak hours, so it's worth allowing extra travel time if you're heading across the city. The building offers a wide range of amenities and services, making it a good option for both shorter stays and longer visits.
